Joe Burns is President of the Sanford Rose Associates Owner’s Association Board and a Principal of Sanford Rose Associates® – Philadelphia North office. Founded in 1959, Sanford Rose Associates® serves the needs of corporate and institutional clients from over sixty offices in North America, Europe and Asia. Rather than recruiting generalists, each Sanford Rose office specializes in a particular industry or profession and conducts its searches on a national and international basis.In addition to his search experience, Joe has 20 years direct experience in the chemical industry. Joe started his career as a production chemist at Petrarch Systems Inc., in Bristol, PA. He subsequently moved into sales positions at NL Industries, Sun Chemical Corporation, Morton International, and UCB Chemicals.

Jack is Vice President of the Sanford Rose Associates Owner’s Association Board and President of Sanford Rose Associates® – Milwaukee. Jack and has served a broad base of small, medium, and Fortune 500 sized U. S. and international companies in the industrial, manufacturing, supply chain, environmental remediation services, and human resources outsourcing sectors. Jack has recruited chief executive and chief operating officers, and group and business unit presidents and managing directors for public and private companies. He has also recruited senior corporate officers across key functional disciplines in accounting, finance, information technology, business development, sales and marketing, manufacturing, engineering, R&D, Six Sigma and lean, human resources, and supply chain.Jack thoroughly enjoys his family, fly fishing, the Green Bay Packers, CSU Fullerton Titan baseball, golf and reading. He and his wife Kristine live in Kohler, WI and La Quinta, CA.
| Bill Boeger – Secretary
Bill Boeger is Secretary of the Sanford Rose Associates Owner’s Association Board and Managing Director of Sanford Rose Associates® – Madison. Bill has over 25 years of career experience in manufacturing operations, engineering and automation. Prior to opening the Madison office in early 2004, he worked with Kraft Foods, inclusive of work with the Oscar Mayer Meats, Cheese & Cultured Dairy, Pizza, Desserts, Beverage, Warehouse & Distribution and other functions. In his early career Bill worked in Plastic Packaging for Food & Beverage and Medical Device Industries.His roots are in dairy farming in Wisconsin. His travels took him across North America as he worked across multiple manufacturing facilities.Bill brings strong, hands-on knowledge of Operations Management, Research & Development and Engineering and how these functions interact with Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Industrial Technology Systems and Executive Management.An alumnus of the University of Wisconsin, Bill, his staff and the Food Industry Group bring knowledge of the industry and an appreciation of the added value in aligning the perfect fit for your organization.
| Paul Feeney – Treasurer
Paul Feeney is the Treasurer of the Sanford Rose Associates Owner’s Association Board and President of Sanford Rose Associates® – Wayne, NJ. Paul has 25 years experience within corporate and the executive search industry. He has worked in London for 7 years, as well as in Prague for 3 years for PA Consulting Group. At PA Consulting Group, Paul oversaw recruiting activities for Central Europe.A native of New Jersey, Paul also worked as a recruiter for Merrill Lynch supporting their institutional sales, trading and operations before opening his office in January, 2002. He attended the University of Maryland and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
| Brett Blair, CPC – Past President
Brett Blair is Past President of the Sanford Rose Associates Owner’s Association Board and Managing Partner of Sanford Rose Associates® – Brighton. Brett has a passion for people. He is naturally pulled in the direction to help people. He loves his Sanford Rose Associates®Executive Search business for that reason. It’s sole purpose is to help people, and subsequently….organizations. It helps leaders of companies, it helps new employees…and in turn, their families, their communities, and in a small way, it helps the world.
Brett comes from a 22 year corporate career, with prior experience with RE/MAX, 3M, and Alcoa. He enjoyed multiple functional roles over that time, culminating as General Manager of a $200 million automotive parts manufacturing business. Brett holds a BS-Industrial Engineering degree, and an MBA – Finance. He has also studied in Japan and has extensive experience working in Mexico and Europe. His experience, education, personality, drive and passion to help people have positioned Brett well to lead the Sanford Rose Associates® – Brighton firm to growth and success.
